I. General Disclaimers
• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at anytime
• Disrespectful behavior will not be taken and your commission will be canceled and refunded if this is the case
• All terms listed within the Terms of Service may change within different types of commissions, the buyer will be let known of any.
• Two changes are allowed within the sketch stage of the commission, if any coloring is off you must mention when the colored stage is sent.
II. Payment Process + Fees
• Money may be paid through Paypal or Kofi.
• %50 of the fee will be charged after the first sketch and the final %50 will be paid before final delivery.
• For commissions cheaper than $15, there will be a upfront payment of 100% for my own safety.
• Commission will be stopped till the first %50 is paid.
•No refunds allowed after coloring has started, if asking for a sketch after the first sketch there will not be a refund.
•Payment through Paypal invoice will be in USD.
• Major edits after coloring has begun will include an extra fee depending on complexity.
• Tips are appreciated but are not necessary.
III. Copyright and Usage
• I, the artist, retain the rights to my art/commissioned works.
• I will be allowed to post art or the process within any of my social media pages.
• Any characters within the commission remain copyrighted to the rightful owner.
• The final product is only for your personal use only, unless we discussed and you have purchased commercial rights.
• You must credit me when sharing or using the commissioned work.
• For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 50% the original price. Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.
> You may edit or use the commision in the following ways
• Print the work for personal use.
• Resize the image for a header, profile picture, or avatar.
• Post the artwork to social media with credit linked back to me.
•Allow small edits like adding stickers to the image.
> You may not edit or use the commision in the following ways
• Claiming the artwork is of your own.
• Posting without credit and or remove the watermark.
• Work or paint over the artwork in major ways, such as changing colors, using the lineart, etc.
• Use my art for NFT, AI, or any similar technology.
• Use the work for profit without purchasing the rights to do so.
IV. Final word
• The client must send at least one or two references of the character (with colors) , A picture and or description of what you want.
•The client is responsible if they leave out any important information that is needed within the piece.
• The client will get the initial sketch to ask for revisions twice. After that the process will be updated between each stage till finished.
• The client will get a final piece delivered through either social media or google drive (whatever the client requests).
